Short Writing Tips Part 1

Here are some tips to make your writing life a bit easier.

#1. Be organized. A huge part of writing is making sure that you have the necessary strings tied to keep your plot from falling to bits. I highly suggest making outlines of everything, from the relationships of your characters to your plot. For instructions on how to outline a basic plot, stick around for an upcoming series in the beginning of June.

#2. Be simple. Don't get yourself into a huge, complicated plot or you'll see a striking resemblance between your book and a plate of spaghetti. Start simple and gradually expand, rather than throwing a huge tangle of plot-ropes at yourself and then getting exasperated when you can't untangle them.

Part 2 is coming soon!

Yours without wax,

Izori
