#1. Looking back through old stories and finding one that's actually very well-written.
#2. Flipping open your notebook (or laptop) with the simple aim to look over what you've written and end up writing three more chapters.
#3. Throwing something into your plot that you fear you'll have to take out, only to realize you've just fixed a major plot-hole.
#4. Coming back to your books after months of writers block to find that the break has improved your writing skills.
#5. Realizing that to you, your characters are real.
What makes your day?
Yours without wax,
Izori
My day is made when:
ReplyDelete1. I actually find time to write
2. I don't feel that everything has been written before
3. The words flow smoothly onto the screen
4. The characters have their own ideas about where the story is going
5. When I forget about planning the story entirely and just enjoy finding out the story gradually.
