Musical Favorites: Fight Scenes

Hello Writerly Friends!

We all have them, dramatic scenes, fight scenes, angry scenes, they're essential to a good book. But what should you listen to when you're writing one? You don't want to be listening to something that's sweet and calming while you're writing a dramatic break-up or terrible, I-just-found-out-you're-evil-you've-been-lying-to-me-this-whole-time, scene.

So here's what  suggest.

1. Paramore. Really, if you got Pandora like I recommended, then they have some great stuff for angry things. It just makes sense. Favorites: Ignorance, I Caught Myself, Brick By Boring Brick

2. Skillet. Their songs are really good and loud, and a lot of fun, plus you don't really need to be worried that you're getting a bad message with them. It's a win win. Favorites: Monster, Last Night, Awake and Alive

3. The Killers - Somebody Told Me. There are a lot of weird possible meaning for this song, but I can't say that I believe them, I mean really? But it's a good, loud song and it really doesn't make much sense.

4. Flyleaf. Screamo to the tenth power, but in the best way possible. It's good for fight scenes and they're also a christian band. Favorites: Cassie, I'm So Sick

So there are some suggestions for good fight scene music, I'm pretty sure I've used all of these and they're good. What do you use?
